Salary: 80K – 120K depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a software developer who will contribute to the technological development of our web platform. Motivated and dynamic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We use the Agile Scrum development methodology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop features related to the SaaS platform including microservices APIs in C# with .NET Core and a web portal in React
• Participate in the analysis of functional specifications
• Collaborate on the migration to our new platform (PHP to .NET and React)
• Participate in unit testing, quality control testing, and deployment of applications in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
• Participate in customer support
• Contribute to the improvement of development best practices as well as the evolution of technologies and the development process
• Participate in the application architecture of the SaaS platform
• Act as a mentor to other less experienced developers

REQUIRED SKILLS

• College diploma in computer science or equivalent
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in API development with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6 an asset)
• Experience in web application development with React JS (JavaScript frameworks an asset)
• Experience with relational databases SqlServer (MySql an asset)
• Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform (other cloud platforms an asset)
• Experience with responsive web applications and Material UI
• Knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps (asset)
• Independent with attention to detail, team spirit, and creativity
• Strong interest in new technologies
• Ability to work for a growing start-up
