SUMMARY

We are looking for a young and dynamic Employee Experience Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the latest AI / AI products and new technologies. We are looking for an individual who can design proofs of concept, enhance our internal portal and work closely with our development team.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Design and develop proofs of concepts to improve the employee experience, using the latest AI / AI technologies.
• Work closely with development teams to improve and maintain our internal portal, focusing on usability and efficiency.
• Use advanced tools and technologies, including robotic tools, to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze user needs and propose innovative solutions to meet their expectations in terms of employee experience.
• Provide technical support to employees on issues related to user experience and technological tools.
• Maintain a constant technology watch to keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in designing and developing compelling user experiences, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong skills in programming and using AI / AI technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to propose improvements.
• Passion for innovation and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
• Bilingual French-English to ensure effective communication with the Vancouver-based team.
