Here are 5 of them that are particularly in demand in 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>The different types of knowledge<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are different types of knowledge that need to be acquired in order to perform at work in today\u2019s conditions. These are adaptable to different contexts. There are three main types of knowledge:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge (knowledge)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soft skills (personal qualities)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Know-how (operational skills)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The harmonious combination of these three skills allows a person to be considered more highly by his or her peers at work and to perform well in his or her field. But we often tend to put less emphasis on our soft skills when they are just as important. Yes, diplomas are important, but from now on, they will look more for personality and talent rather than a diploma. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s important that you have good adaptation skills, because companies are still likely to evolve, especially with the constant evolution of technologies and the decrease in personnel.
